VICTORIA
Victoria Kroll-Mallek is a third-generation realtor with an impeccable family legacy in the real estate industry. With a lifelong immersion in the world of property, she brings a wealth of experience, knowledge, and a deep understanding of the market to clients. She began working in the industry through administration at the age of 16. She later attended JJC and Loyola University Chicago to major in Biology and Horticulture Science. During that time she was also the Director of Marketing for CENTURY 21 Pride, assisting over 90+ agents in their sales marketing & growth. Following college, Victoria actively worked in with governmental and non-governmental organizations to develop strategies for environmental protection and restoration. Driven by her desire for connecting with people, she joined her family’s real estate office part-time, as well. It was clear this was a natural fit, as she grew and took on being a full-time Realtor within one year. In 2019 she was awarded rookie-of-the-year by the CENTURY 21 office. Since then has also received numerous sales and service awards. Beyond her professional endeavors, Victoria is a firm believer in giving back to her community. She actively volunteers with local organizations and towns. Her dedication to making a positive impact extends beyond the realm of real estate, reflecting her genuine concern for the well-being of those around her.
ALEXANDER
Alexander is a highly accomplished professional who seamlessly transitioned from being a chemist to a successful realtor. With a strong background in chemistry and an innate passion for helping others, he has leveraged his expertise and analytical skills to excel in the dynamic world of real estate since joining up with Victoria. Prior to real estate, Alex attended the University of Illinois where he majored in both Chemistry and Philosophy. He has worked at a number of hemp companies as a Director of Laboratory Operations. Combining his scientific approach with his natural aptitude for problem-solving and relationship-building, Alex quickly established himself as a standout realtor. His keen attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to understand complex data sets have proven invaluable in assessing market trends and identifying lucrative opportunities for the team’s clients. Outside of real estate, Alex is a passionate animal lover and dedicates time raising awareness for local recuses.
